Elizabeth’s passion for storytelling has led her from coast to coast from the Bay Area to Washington, D.C. to Seattle. After a couple years of reporting in both print and broadcast, she found her way behind the scenes as a news producer in Seattle, putting together the morning weekday newscast at Q13 News. She was part of the team that lead the station to be the top rated newscast for 14 consecutive months in the target demographic.
Recently, she took a step outside the news industry to help her local health department build messaging and promote COVID-19 vaccination.
Elizabeth received her M.S. in Broadcast Journalism at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Washington in Seattle.
She describes herself as a food enthusing, wanderlusting, news gathering California girl.
